![]() ![]() Hades then launched on Xbox and PlayStation on August 13, 2021. Copying the save from one to another works as long as you name it as expected. Version 1.0 of the game simultaneously launched on these platforms as well as Nintendo Switch on September 17, 2020. TLDR: The save files are exactly the same, just named differently and in separate directories. You can then continue with the Steam/Epic version, save to the cloud, and your Switch will have that progress. You can also transfer your Windows Store/Xbox save to Steam/Epic by copying the save from C:\Users\\AppData\Local\Packages\SupergiantGamesLLC.Hades_q53c1yqmx7pha\SystemAppData\wgs\00090000001A81C5_0000000000000000000000006AB487C4\C6A3138C31FE4C34BD34C518CBAE43DA, renaming it to Profile1.sav and putting it in C:\Users\\Documents\Saved Games\Hades. Open up the Xbox version, it should automatically sync the progress from the Windows Store version and you should be set. I believe it should have synced to the Xbox cloud at this point but just in case, load the profile and make progress. Open the Windows 10 Store Hades version, your profile should now reflect what you had in Steam/Epic. Copy Profile1.sav to a temporary folder and rename it to the file name in #4 above. Open C:\Users\\Documents\Saved Games\Hades. The largest file in that folder is your save, make a backup of it just in case somewhere outside the folder. Open the following folder but replace with your windows profile. Open that version of Hades and make sure it saves by just progressing past the first room. Install Hades from the Windows Store (I had to change my region to New Zealand since it doesn't come out until tomorrow in the states). Luckily even though the file names are different between the Steam/Epic and Windows Store version, the content is exactly the same in the file. However, it is Play Anywhere which means the saves sync between the Windows Store/GamePass version and Xbox. ![]() Like many, I was disappointed the Xbox version doesn't have native cross-save with Steam/Epic/Switch. ![]()
